The Farmington Valley Arts Center in Avon, CT (off Route 44)  has just added a Tea Cafe to their Fisher Gallery .  A great place to visit ...with Artisan made tea collectibles.

WOW! I think I would prefer the "Olde English Tea House and Garden" then! :)

Sounds very similar to the New York NY. "Waldorf Astoria" quite the swanky place to! But, If I were to choose one, I'd want to go to the "Ritz" just to say I did! HeeHee!
