Hey Jeff, I don't think your teapot is the same as the one in the link (above). Am I missing something? Your lid appears to have oak leaves as decoration, and your teapot hasn't got any, that I can see anyways, that would make it a match? This would indicate a "marriage". Also you've got a whole lot more browning/patina on the lid as opposed to your teapot. That to would lead me to think they are not a match.
If you follow the English Registry marking on the inside of your lid, which maker and or pattern do you get? Your teapot pattern looks more like one of the dozens' of "Blue Willow" types, whereas the one in the link, appears to be more of an Asian Ming tree or similar. I'm just thinking (or typing) out loud, LOL.
Let me know if you find your maker/pattern.
