I Antique Online

A Community For People Who Buy, Sell or Collect Antiques, Collectibles and Art

 I wasn't sure whether to call this post "Dumb Things People Save In Their Basement" or

"The Stuff  People Save In Their Basement"

The bottom line is that I am looking to hear from members about the types of things they have been holding onto for years and years and years and whether they will ever get rid of them.

Examples;

Boxes of faded holiday bows.

Nerdy suitcases that are not collectible just nerdy.

Magazine covers with the Moon landing.

Old sneakers

are you getting my point?

What are you holding onto....and why are you keeping  your stuf?

 YOU been looking!! lol!!!

I have a big box of kraft paper (that brown paper that comes in packages in lieu of packing peanuts).  I flatten it out, fold it up and put it in the box.  My husband thought that was the weirdest thing ever to save when he first moved in with me.  I use it for making my own sewing patterns, or making modified versions of patterns.
