ok help needed where on earth would you put this??? the base was a piece of porcelain cant read stamp and the head ?? i have no clue what it is made of although well carved ??

Your Tshotske doesn't fit the definition.  It's supposed to be worthless!  I think what you have is an antique mold for a dolls head.  Values range around $400-600 USD.  There are wax molds in the market for $30-50.  Yours doesn't look like wax.  Wax molds are good for one casting, as the hot metal or resin melts the wax. Yours may have been used for sand molds. Special sand was put into a block and the mold (like yours)would be pushed into it, and then gently removed.  The hot metal or resin would then be poured into the sand mold.
