Happy New Year All! I am Greg Bledsoe & creator of Japanese Antique Collectors! I guess I am now the Moderator too! LOL! Hope I can be here enough to live up to my responsibilities, what with work, family & several active online sales sites I run. I will do my best! Cheers! Greg(aka. Swims)

I was thinking about starting another Group, but haven't had a chance to get some good photos to choose between for the Group Picture. I also want to be able to post other photos once the Group is approved and up & running. I am thinking about a Group that deals with Antique Shops in Albuquerque.

Hot Off The Press From The Editor

I am looking to start State or Regional Groups like the one Stu Rider did for New England Antiquing and Out Of The Attic did for "Antiquing Chicago Style'. on Iantiqueonline.com Would you like to get the ball rolling for your area?

You can send me your ideas (Dianne@cdiannezweig.com) or you can go ahead and post your own group and it will come to the Editors Desk For approval.

Tips About Starting These Regional or State Groups

1. You need to be enthusiastic about your state/region....you are going to be the moderator

2. Be sure to include a group icon (photo) which is exciting and colorful

3. Read about group Moderators in The Editors Help Desk Group

4. You will be bring attention and traffic to the shops and places of interest in your region so you can invite others to join you in this group.

BONUS

The Moderator who has the most members in their regional or state group by New years Eve will receive a gift. this offer applies to all NEW groups that are started after receipt of this email.

Carole Bess White.... i think if you are posting in this group it means you are a member....if you get a nice icon for your profile you will be able to find yourself.

I just can't read it. Don't mind bold but fat bold is so hard to read. Maybe because I'm 60?? :) I love the font above that is used in the Discussion titles. Yes, maybe a poll if all the groups have to be the same.

I also have wondered for some time now, if this group shouldn't be "private"? I noticed anyone on the web can read what is said without even signing up or in.
