Ellene....I too struggle to keep up......I think many of us are just creative high energy people.......every now and then we have to reign ourselves in....I agree with you....this site is for enjoyment and fun......l m glad you pointed that out...today is Friday..let have a virtual party!

Cheri, I hear you on struggling to keep juggling all the responsibilities!

I've been utilizing this forum as a fun diversion to keep my balance in the midst of so many demands.

I agree with the thoughts presented below on capturing involved group members to share in creating the momentum.

Harvesting the Energy of Grooup Members
The Ideas that are spun in a group can often lead an observant group moderator to seek the individual out the highly talented or gifted members and set them on a path through questions that will result in that individual taking a leading posture. The moderator should always remember that fresh ideas better obtained through open discussion. Inviting member to speak out and engaging those ideas will make the member of a group realize that their personal contribution is not only desired , but coveted.

Hello! I am a moderator derelict in my duties. I'm working on a movie and just have no brain power left to properly attend to my group, so I apologize. HOWEVER, I'm joining this to stimulate my own juices so I can stimulate others.
It's already working. I'm off to my group....
