Hello all, I have a client wanting me to buy 3 Steuben pieces from her. A tall cut pitcher, olive dish and round plate.
The cool story is that her grandfather was paid by Steuben in Corning in the 19th century for doing work for them with these pieces-no documentation sadly though. They were supposedly made just for him, one of a kind(the pattern most likely, not the shape.

Nice, I just discovered these are not signed Steuben and were partial payment for the work here great-grand did for the factory in 1898-supposedly one off patterns.
Lucky you! They are beautiful! :)

Thanks, any ideas on values? Special price since it's Steuben or is there any way to tell?
I'll see what I can find out! :)
you may want to check out this site American Cut Glass Association
They might be able to give you some information, since they are specialty pieces.
