I suppose a wheelbarrow is as much a garden tool as an industrial one.
Here's a case where an old tool has been 'repurposed' and is living out its retirement in a useful way.


By the way, I didn't need to drill holes in the bottom for drainage. Several places had already rusted through. I did, however, cut some nylon window screening to lay in the bottom to keep the soil in place. So far, it's worked great.
