The city of Santa Ana, California, can only hold 1 yard sale weekend a year.  It's this weekend Sept. 3 & 4.  I'm going for the first time.  I hope I find some treasures!   And at good prices.  Has anybody else been to these yard sale?  And any suggestions on the hunt?

I love thrift store shopping and California has wonderful thrift stores.  I went to Santa Maira & Grover City, yesterday and hit 15 thrift stores.  Had a ball.  Here's a photo of my of finds.  We have over 12 thrift stores in Bakersfield.  But it was nice to leave the valley for the day.
