I see some if i'm at a mt.dora extrav. or up north in the summer. But don't see to much down here. maybe at the wpb antique show when that starts up again there might be some. But unless it is a lamp in arts & crafts I don't pay much attention. There are so many things i'm picking now I stay away from furniture. I'm just trying to stay on top of the HOT items and going backwards doing that lol. Course if a lamp does come along the prices are most times through the roof.

Ever come across any Mission/Art & Crafts stuff?

It's great in the winter months. Usually over 100-150 dealers set up outside in Jan. Feb., and March.

I forgot when Arcadia was, thanks. I might try it again now that I know what weekend it is. They have a super wal mart there now to,to sleep at the night before. It's only about 3 1/2 hours from where i'm hanging

One of my favorites is Arcadia, Florida. The fourth Saturday of every month they have an antique fair with over 100 vendors in the winter months. The town has over 20+ antiques shops with over 100 vendors. Check Arcadia Antiques on-line before going there because hours and days vary.

I'm both. I pick almost daily my online store is here
http://nothingnew.ecrater.com/ and I still set up at shows and sometimes a flea market or two. If someone is looking for something i'll try to find it and try to deal with them. but i'm kinda greedy lol and try to get as much as the market will bare for my stuff. My problem is I love everything I buy lol

If I may ask, are you a picker or a dealer?
Nothingnew Comment by Nothingnew on September 23, 2009 at 8:01pm
Yea it sure is. I'm on the east coast and picking has gotten better this last month so it's time to hit the pavement hard here in Fl if you have a few bucks to spare
GOOD LUCK

Thanks a lot for the info. It's hard to find decent old stuff at a reasonable price anymore. I appreciate it!
