I would like to invite all my antiqueing friends if traveling and hunting for great finds this year, to stop by the nice shop where I currently sell. If you are in the Hagerstown, MD area, be sure to visit Antique Crossroads, 20150 National Pike, Hagerstown, MD 21740. This is a lovely one floor shop with great lighting and comfortable surroundings, and a helpful staff with over 250 dealers with quality antiques. The shop is open 7 days a week from 9am-5pm and only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas day. You can visit their website at www.antiquexroads.com for more information and directions. BE SURE TO CHECK OUT BOOTH DRM (my booth) if you get the chance to stop by. You can visit 'my page' at iantiqueonline.com (VINTAGE TOUCH )and click on albums and select Antiques & Collectibles for Sale to see my booth at Antique Crossroads along with a number of items that I currently have for sale. This album will change often so please check often. Feel free to ask me any questions or give any comments. I am an antique lover and really enjoy using my antiques in the interior design of my home. I have several albums on my page and will be adding more to give others some ideas of how to display and decorate with their antiques and collections. Hope everyone has an enjoyable spring and summer hunting for lots of great stuff. I know I will be.

80 miles west of St. Louis MO, along the Missouri River is the town of Hermann, MO. My German ancestors were founding fathers in 1832. I visited there in 1990. The town is 95% German, with vintage German architecture. The street signs are in both German and English languages. Fluent German is spoken in the pubs. Next to the main bridge over the Missouri River is Heckman Park, named after my Great Grandfather who was the first "Steamboat Willy" and whose son was the famous "Steamboat Bill".

I agree about the Chrysler Building. In addition I think the main lobby of the Empire State Building is the height of Art Deco style.

I like the Chrysler Building in NYC with its Art Deco style. It amazes me.
The Egyptian Theater in Boise is also a great Art Deco structure.
