I am going back to Sioux City, Iowa to clear what I can out of that house. I will be moving stuff that I want to keep down here to New Mexico in the moving truck.

At the end of this month, the person who bought the house for back taxes gets to keep the house, unless I find someone to sell it to before then who can pay off the back taxes on it, and wants to fix it up.

Anything I can't load by myself, except for 2 or 3 pieces, are for sale while I am up there. If they aren't sold off before I am ready to leave, then they will stay with the house and the new owner can do what they want with them. I will be better able to give you an idea of what is for sale, once I get back to the house in Iowa. That is why I said to call for further info after 3pm on March 17th, as I will be in Sioux City and at the house by that time.

There is no way for me to pay off the back taxes on the house, as my credit is no good, and I can't find anyone to co-sign a loan for me.

So your going back to Iowa Sondra? What's going on gurl?

I know this is Very Short Notice, but I will be selling off items that I cannot move myself, and will have no use for in the future. I will start loading items that I want to keep into a Moving Van on Thurs 17th March, and will be planning on leaving in the evening of 22rd March.
You can contact me for further information, after 3pm CST 17 MAR at 505-977-6656.

I will be doing the loading in Sioux City, Iowa. There will be an old Coca-Cola Machine, an Old Refrigerator (I think Frigidaire--has the old pull handle), some furniture, and other items as well. Anything that is left in the house right before I get ready to leave, will go to the person who gets the house either due to back tax sale, or by buying the house from me.

Lillian - you have a couple of buyers here....why not give them a good price and pack and ship so you don't have to keep trying to sell them over and over?

the tall tumblers in the center pic look like wexford or cape cod and are surely worth several times your price. the ice cream dishes as well are very nice. maybe you need a new venue? i'd buy nearly all of these!

Too bad; I would certainly take some of them if I came to your sale, probably for more than you were charging. Some look like really nice glass.

Yes, I agree.  If the "really cheap" sign does not work, make them free and people will most likely take them.  If that does not work, they can be recycled and just put them in your recycle bin if your town does recycling on garbage day.  That's about all you can do.  I find odds and ends of this type does not sell at my sales either.....
