Quite a few people that have come into my house for sales ask if this love seat (4' 3" long, 36" tall at back, 22" deep) is for sale. It once had nice red velvet upholstery, but wear & tear have taken their toll (the frame is good, however). I've been hemming and hawing about whether to sell it and finally decided to sell. I put a $150 tag on it and now that it's for sale, no one has asked about it. Is that too high a price for the condition? P.S. What style is it?

its part of a parlor set late 1800s eastlake they are looking at the cost to have it reupholstered which is expensive prob even back in the day when this style was popular that price would have worked but today dont think so
