I purchased this folding chair at an estate sale recently. It is marked:
NATIONAL YOUTH ADMINISTRATION
After some research I found that The National Youth Administration was a New Deal agency in the United States that focused on providing work and education for Americans between the ages of 16 and 25. It operated from 1935 to 1943.
I can't find ANY comparables online for value. I've found other folding chairs that were made in this era that seem to be listed from $50-$100, but do you think the history behind this chair makes it more valuable?
