Came across this beautiful vase, depression glass??? Moved to Glass Hound...

I recently found this lovely old vase.  I think it's depression glass, not sure.  It came from my grandmother, she was very fond of this piece.  Any information would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

Hand enameled details...probably predates Depression Glass and might be European. Barbara
