From Tucson 1960 Rex Stroll-O-Chair Set - $350 (U of A)

I'm not sure if this is a good price but check out all the functions of this thing ... fantastic contraption

I thought it was a good price too.

I love craigslist and am on there all the time. Have sold a bunch of stuff too. I've never had any problems besides people not showing up when they say and getting a spammer who wanted to send their representative over with a money order because they're out on a boat in the middle of the ocean (WHAT?).

It's still so fun and I've met a bunch of great people.

The dresser, bookcase secretary is a great find! Great for a bedroom or den, study area. The price is right too!

Tucson Arizona  - Not sure what it is - $95 (river campbell) Drawers and cubbies. Top drawer folds down to be a desk type thing with dividers inside.

How cute is this little desk/bookcase thingy?

If I had room I'd buy it.  Is it a good deal? Value?

Might have a few dings and repairs but for $95.00 I think it's a winner!

My find was a great dining room set, probably 60's or early 1970's which had a Queen Anne cabriole leg table, 6 newly upholstered cane back chairs and a lovely French Provincial , China cabinet with a glass and wire front. The whole set sold to me  for $75.00.  I used the chairs for 2 1/2 years until I downsized and sold them for $650.00, the cabinet I painted white, added a few resin appliques and turned it into a Shabby Chic item which sold for $650.  The table I sold for $50. I had the fun of doing the Shabby Chic element to an old outdated cabinet, the table went to a young couple who it turned out was the son of my mother in laws best friend, and the chairs went to another family who had the space for them. When we downsized, my $75 purchase became a $1350. income. After the paint, $25 delivery cost I am ahead by $1275. I love Craigslist.

A lovely maple bed, in need of some TLC purchased on CL for 125. A little time, paint and applques turned it into a Shabby Chic princess bed. I just love it. Solid wood, character and the price was right!
