We just received this large Imari plate for restoration which is really in a bad shape. Several very old repairs and some missing pieces which will be made from fired porcelain (we take impression and fire). If we see an interest, we'll document the full restoration process and post - please let us know if interested. Comment by vicki hufstetler on September 18, 2012 at 7:27pm Hi Charm and Lundy - That charger is not Imari nor is it old. That is Chinese repro of the original Chinese Export porcelain that was once king in England and elsewhere in the UK.
A good source for old Imari markings and some for original Export porcelain is at kovels.com and better yet it's FREE! :)
