Hi, Marie!  Lovely cup and saucer!  I did a search of the mark and found this site:   http://www.porcelainmarksandmore.com/bavaria/marktredwitz_1/00.php

I didn't see your exact mark, but it is an early one.  Thomas is an independent subsidiary of Rosenthal Glass and Porcelain.  No thoughts as to how to price as I haven't seen another like it, but you can check eBay for completed listings to get an idea of general worth.
