Gosh, the only H in a diamond that I know of is the Heisey mark but I don't think they make porcelain?

Hi Michelle, Very pretty and colorful! I would guess it to be one of dozens of company's in the area of "Arita" Japan. It could also be German, but I doubt it. It's far to colorful! Age, I would guess to be late 30's to early 50's.

I don't know if you've already tried this site, but it might work, to find your cup and saucer marking:

I think this may be it.  If so, the cup is Czechoslovakian.   I am researching additional information, such as the name of the factory and when they began to include the "Made in Czechoslovakia" portion of the hallmark. Stay tuned!  :)

You're welcome, Michelle!  Went back to the site (Kovel's) and it seems they want me to pay exorbitant amounts of money to retrieve the factory name, age, etc.!  I think I will research less expensive means of obtaining the information and get back to you!
