Hello everyone I am back and will catch up on all posts. I am sorry however it has been a very busy time. I am now freer to keep up and apologize for the delay in time it has taken me. I hope this finds everyone well and doing good - and staying healthy and dry!! Here in California we are being slammed with storms right now.

Hope to find everyone well. I need a big favor. I have a friend in dire need. He's in Deming, NM. He has many authentic artifacts from China and Tibet. He had a shop for years but, had to close due to health issues. If you know anyone who would like to buy artifacts from him, please give him a call or email. He's on the verge of losing his home. Besides the health issues and he has medical bills. I'm forwarding his email below he sent to his customers and friends. Please, spread the word. Thank you very much.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
As I work to get my new blog and website up and running please forgive my writing the old fashioned way. I fear I must sacrifice my remaining WuTaiShan treasures at greatly reduced prices. medical expenses have completely overwhelmed my ability to keep apace without loosing my home. Please forgive my rather maudlin distresses. Those of you who know me well know how difficult this is for me. I would not sell my home and possessions unless it was absolutely neccesary.
I have hundreds of rare antiquities (plus my home) to sell. i do not mind one wit that my dear friends and former customers benefit from my fundraising. I will be home tonight and should have heard about my chelation clinical trial hearing at Mayo. I am pretty sure i am approved after a two month wait. This hopefull 'final chance' option keeps me afloat for now.
Please send for pictures and descriptionsof general desires. If you know of any collectors who might be interested in great savings please pass the word. For those of you who are still awaiting delivery of goods (Les, Mao, Dong) all went out yesterday by USPS. I tried to overcompnsate for my total distraction! you are patient beyond description and i shall never forget you.

Hi Oralei~ We have been working in the fire clean up to the shop in Chico, CA it has been a hectic time for sure. The man that did the arson went before the judge yesterday and we hope to know more soon.

Dear Harpreet~ So sorry it has been so busy the last few weeks; the Chinese vase you posted is from the period of China Republic through the early 1930s. There is not much value currently in the West for these types of vases. The current market value is $125.00-185.00 The script is to small to translate if you could send clear photos of calligraphy I can try and translate it for you. The large script on the back side of vase tells the story of the painting on the front side. These were sold for decoration in a home or office.

I do hope this helps you.

Hi Tanya,
I was referred to you for your opinion on a Chinese vase that I bought recently. I am attaching the pictures of the same and would appreciate if you can advise what in your experience is it worth and how to tell if its a genuine antique.
