Holiday Decorating With Antiques
Greetings everyone in our wicker group! Hope everyone is well. Doesn't the crisp cool fall weather make you want to get out on the road antiquing? I picked a couple topics to discuss- hope you'll respond...
The holiday season is approaching and with it comes the enjoyment of gathering with family and friends. It's a great opportunity to spark the interest and share your passion for collecting antiques with someone 
that doesn't have that knowledge. Just think... if all the antique dealers and collectors recruit just one person to become a collector... that would be a great accomplishment!
Decorating your home for the holidays with items from your own collections is fun and guarantees great conversation starters...Antique wicker baskets are wonderful for displaying holiday decorations and greenery. They can easily be dressed up with a festive ribbon. Hope you'll share some of your ideas...

Hi group! I'm new to the board, and wanted to share a photo of a wicker plant stand that was passed down to me from my mother, who received it from her mother.
My father had a problem when it came to throwing any "extra" paint away, so that's the easiest way to describe the gold and blue color scheme!
It's amazing how light this piece is, but still very sturdy.
