A friend found this tool and even the old farmers at the coffee shop don't know what it is or it's purpose. Any help? I didn't have a way to measure it, but it is about 10-12"
Can we try a twofer? The second tool again the old guys couldn't place it has "Patent" and "March 4 1930" this side has a small nut, the reverse side is the screw that goes into the nut. It appears that it might be adjustable to the application using that screw and nut.
