My parents have this lamp & the globe top shattered.  I'm looking for a replacement, but don't know what pattern it is.  Can someone help?

Looks like a peony to me. I have heard this story hundreds of times in my years as a lighting dealer/collector. I believe the lamp was made circa 1890s, early 1900s by Pittsburgh Lamp, Brass and Glass Company. Finding a matching shade is almost impossible as the lamp is over 100 years old. The shades are worth approximately 4/5 the price of the whole lamp and probably would cost $300 or so if you found an old one. The best bet would be to buy a plain white ball shade in the size in proportion to the lamp, probably 10"  diameter with a 4" fitter and have it artist painted or just use plain. There are plenty of reproduction shades in white, colored and painted. Google helps a lot for that. Sorry, but this reality. Also, when hunting especially on eBay, you don't know what a seller might call the flower so best way to search is in the lighting section under Collectibles. There is a shade section and type Ball Shade in the shade section Advanced Search but I doubt if you'd find a match.
