Identify Lamp and shade

The shade seems to be VV" French Blanc/Mouchete Satin.

I have no idea about the light. I assume it's made by Beautiful lighting Geringer per the label. 

I have no idea of a model # or year these items have where made. the shade is French and it seems the fixture could be also.

Looks like a 1960's or 70's era fixture to me.
