Help With Identification on this figural lamp

Hello Everyone, 

I am an avid collector who likes all things figurative. I recently purchased this beautiful lamp. With the shade she is almost 5 feet tall. Incredibly detailed and handpainted chalkware or plaster. The moorish base she is seated on is hand carved soapstone on top of a hardwood base. 

I am very savvy with doing research but have been unable to find her origin, maker, date or any other examples online. The only thing I found was a terra cotta statue from the 1890s by Goldscheider (also included) that this sculpture is obviously based on. 

Any help is very appreciated.

Is it possible your lamp is actually the same figure, but later converted to a lamp? I imagine multiple copies would have been made in terra cotta or other moldable medium.

My roommate suspects that's a possibility. The lamp doesn't seem to be terracotta but possibly plaster. The workmanship is so fine for something like this that I would imagine that you may be right.
