wood framed clock

trying to find information on this clock, i dont think it is antique , gold sticker on back glassiques pictorial mirror a creation of murray skoff interprises inc.  measure 13 wide by 16 long about 4 inches thick, i need to fix it as you can see the second hand is laying at the bottom. there are no other markings to indicate maunfactor or date.. it appears to have 3 layers, but there is only 2.

I like the dial.

This is a quartz clock. Maybe 20 or so years old.  There are tons of pieces like this on the market  you will probably never find any data on the people who made it.

The second hand has a shaft on it, carefully insert it onto the post in the center of the round brass piece (handnut)  .
