Found this beautiful set  while wandering around this past weekend (spent $6.50). It's a 16 1/2"L  necklace, fold over clasp on necklace and it's  extremely lightweight. Screw back earrings with a 2" drop.  Feels/looks like woven (twisted/spiral)  (3) straw or grass stations , with 4 pink glass spacers; has brass colored fittings on earrings and necklace. I am not finding any makers marks anywhere on the necklace or the earrings. Any information is as to maker, age and value greatly appreciated!

Very unusual! And pretty. I only have vague theories about its origin. Art glass and brass together sometimes mean Czechoslovakia (1930s). Or, the fact that it is extremely light might indicate WWII era, as jewelry makers of that time had limited access to metal, so they were always working out ways to use less of it in the manufacture. Like I said, vague!

Thanks for your reply; I appreciate it! I don't remember ever seeing anything quite like this set growing up (I am that perfect age, somewhere between sweet sixteen and nasty ninety.... but much closer to ninety than sixteen!). Thanks again!
