A beautiful early glass perfume bottle with original label and neck band complete with original glass screw on, cork lined cap. This early perfume bottle is the FLORAMYE scent by L. T. Piver, Paris France. A beautiful bottle in lovely condition. For details on purchasing click on FLORAMYE Perfume Bottle with Label

Comment by C. Dianne Zweig Editor's Desk on April 21, 2016 at 3:05pm - Mar 07,2016 - IOLA, Wis. – Michael Polak is known as the “Bottle King” for good reason: He has been a bottle hunter and passionate collector for 40 years, amassing a collection of more than 3,000 bottles, and is one of the hobby’s leading authorities.

As with the previous editions of his book, Polak pours his passion for and knowledge of bottles into the just-released 8th edition of “Antique Trader Bottles Identification & Price Guide” (Krause Publications). Known as the “bottle bible,” this book has been a reliable and trusted reference and definitive bottle-collecting guide for 20 years.

I can't find any info on this bottle. X-Xalia, Boston, Mass. It had what looks like wheat or some grain shocks on it. It's 7" tall, aqua colored. Anyone know what this product was?

Various bottles

There is a slight variation in these two bottles. The left one includes the word "Specific" and the horses are slightly different between the bottles.

Unusual small bottle with threaded glass stopper and concave sides. What could have come in it?

Research indicates that Glyco-Thymoline was a mouth wash. The 2.25" tall bottle was probably in the ground for some time indicated by the cloudiness of the glass. Someone etched the other sides with "XMAS", "NEW YEAR" and a date "12-28-1913". Strange Christmas gift!

Moone's Emerald Oil - I guess that's good for all those squeaky emeralds out there.
