Hi,

I tried to post this yesterday, but it looks like I didn't get it in the right place.  Could anyone offer information on the name of this E. Wilkin Vogue doll dated 1964?  I have found several of her larger dolls from that time period, but none that seem to match this one exactly.  She is about 23 inches tall and has beautiful brown "Shirley Temple" styled ringlets.  Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi, this doll's name is Too Dear and she came in two sizes, 17 and 23 inch. Her original hair was straight and down to mid back. She's a sweetie. Here is mine...

Thank you SO much.  This is the first one of these I've seen.  She looks like the little girl from the My Teddy Bear book with her hair like that which I actually like better than the ringlets on mine.  Someone went to a lot of trouble to get it into ringlets!

Yes, I still have my My Teddy Bear book, my mother read it to me often when I was little.  I love Eloise Wilkins' illustrations.
