Little Lady by Effanbee doll company in her original presentation box with extensive wardrobe.
The Effanbee doll company was an American doll company founded by Bernard Fleischaker and Hugo Baum. It began producing dolls in 1912 at the beginning of the composition doll period. It had its biggest early success with the composition Patsy doll which was sculpted by doll designer Bernard Lipfert and spawned a family of dolls, clothing and other accessories. The company continues today as a part of the Robert Tonner doll company and Patsy is still being produced.
