I'm sure DollDock will be along shortly to help you. She knows far more than I do. But, yes, it is a "china head" doll. Most likely German, late 1800's.
You may want to take several more pics of your doll for correct ID. The back of the head/neck, The body ( undressed) especially how the limbs are attached, and what the body is made from. Full size is probably needed too. Also, if you think it has original shoes, a photo of that might be helpful as well.
Just from random experience will antique dolls, It seems that most of the German China heads are not worth a great deal. It's usually the French or German "Fashion dolls" that are most valued.
She looks to be in beautiful condition, hope you get good news!
Yes, she is a china head doll. These are difficult to id because most of them are unmarked. There are books that can help you id the doll by a close study of the hairstyle. If you do happen to find any markings on the shoulderplate or the body, please post and I will be glad to help further,
