Comment by dolldockrisneal on Wednesday The national doll festival is in New Orleans too. It always is where the national UFDC convention is. It gives attendees another venue to see great dolls.
Comment by Carol J Maroni on Wednesday Where is the national doll festival? Is it in New Orleans as well?
Little bottle & brush is already sold...it went quick! Thanks Carol for your purchase.
Comment by dolldockrisneal on Tuesday The 63rd UFDC National Convention is coming up soon. July 24th-27th. It is being held in my hometown, New Orleans, LA.
Any of you planning on attending?
There is also the National Doll Festival that will be going on July 22-25. SO MANY beautiful dolls to be seen!!
Comment by dolldockrisneal on Tuesday Your little bottle and brush set is really cute!
Just too cute! This is a flat sided glass baby doll bottle with it's rubber nipple along with a tiny bottle brush from the 1950s era! Hard to imagine how it ever survived. This set is currently available for sale at the Vintage Touch ONLINE store at: http://deannamoyers.ecrater.com/c/1067504/toys-games-hobbies
A still popular collectible doll after 100 years is Raggedy Ann. This little 7" version of the famous Johnny Gruelle doll is wearing her original apron/pinafore with original Knickerbocker tag. She is from the 1970s. Available for sale at the Vintage Touch eCrater online store at: http://deannamoyers.ecrater.com/p/14705398/vtg-7-inch-raggedy-ann-doll
