I dont know exactly the date it will air. They say the spring of 2011. They have been doing a lot of filming for the show out west in Calgary.  It will be aired on the history channel.

Now last weeks episode was another re-run - the Cheese factory one. I'm in MI. Est, Monday at 9pm on history channel - when and where are you guys getting the show?

Also - @Canada - what chanel and time will that be on? I can usually pick up Canada stations if they are in Ontario??? Would love to see that too!

Kudos to the producers of the show for really stepping up their game. I've been impressed with them really showing us more of Frank's personality in recent episodes. Mike could have his own show - such a strong personality- so glad to see them balancing it out and giving us more of a glimpse into Frank's world.

I just love this show. Some of the places they end up at are interesting. They are starting the Canadian Pickers Show soon. I believe it is this week. Cant wait to see where these people end up at . It may be close to here.

Bev's ramblings --- after watching the tail end of the show tonight (which coincidently can also be called a tale), hearing that he was appalled by a $1,000 dollar price tag for a turn of the century horse - even more so, he didn"t know the material or history - but bought it for $200 - then took it to an appraiser - who confirmed its value (not mentioned) I was shaking my head in disbelief - values have certainly gone down - but this item was unique and even at $1000 - was a buy.  While value set by an appraiser is one thing, the collector who knows and appreciates an item that will contribute the uniqueness to his/her collection is another issue all together. A Ca 1900 horse-hair horses were not in demand or mass produced but an item that would have been sold to the wealthy - Pickers might need an expert to send pics to - or do they need to work on a high profit margin? Ummm - where is he going to sell this? Christies?

Valerie, thank you for the blog link! I have signed on as a follower, as this 'Canook' knows his stuff! I could spend all day reading it, but will limit myself to a few minutes every day or so, to get things done! :O)
