      This is a great group!!!

Just wondering if anyone can give me an idea of what this item is???

I am going thru the family estate that has been left to me and I do not have a clue as to what 98 % of the items are or worth.

I really appreciate any help you can offer.

Looks to be some sort of dispenser. You would fill from the top and take from the bottom and the holes give you an idea of how full or empty (depending on how you see it).

That's my guess anyways.

Would be awesome to re-purpose for those grocery bags.

 

What does it measure?

It stands ..... 17 1/2 Tall.

It is .... 4 3/4 inches Wide.

It is .... 3 1/4 inches Thick.

 

It also looks Handmade!!

It has the small little nails.

Looked that idea over and the way it is cut there is no way that a lid would have stayed on it. Thank you tho....I appreciate it!!

To all that have been helping me.....my neighbors Grandpa seems to think that it is an old pipe holder that would fit different size pipes and it would also hold the matches and tobacco. He called in some name in spanish...I asked like an ALL in ONE and he said yes. 

 ***** WHAT do you all think??????
