Weird old 'Juno head' ceramic face pot?
If any one out there can help me identify this object I would be forever grateful..Piece looks very old & black tarlike substance is obscuring some of the blue glaze - cleaned a little off for photos but left some in case it aids origin or use..old face winking or squinting on one side with a baby face on the other..hole in the center...I am wondering does it have american roots? Thanks

Well, I could be way off here, but it kinda reminded my of my Zsolnay and I have tried to show why in these pictures. On the frog it was the shape of the eyes which are similar. The other one was comparing the coloring.
??? If it is it would be an older piece.
