 For all those in the general area of Chicago, please be aware that the National Antique Decoy Show, sponsored by the Midwest Decoy Collectors Assoc., takes place in St. Charles, IL, about 45 minutes west of Chicago, on April 28 -30. Located at Pheasant Run Resort on Main St. Room-to-room trading actually begins on the 25th, and most dealers will be present by 27th.

 

The fun goes on day and night. A major Guyette/Schmidt decoy auction takes place during the day on Thurs. & Fri., with a table show of over 400 dealer-collectors displaying wares in the Mega Center from 2:00 - 9:00 pm Fri. and 9:00 - 5:00 pm Sat.

 

It's a great experience! All kinds of outdoor collectibles are to be found - fishing and hunting gear, canoes, paddles, etc., and 40 - 50,000 decoys of all types and quality.
