Strange wooden buttons

 I have some buttons  I haven't seen anywhere else. Particularly wood rings that may be machined or made from acorns?  They are saucer shaped and look as thought they may be sleeves to fit around other buttons as they are rings. I have my mother's button can and lots of collectables but don't have any idea of valuation. Any low cost ideas in finding out more?

This doesn't belong in the Forum.  Post it, with pictures and dimensions, in Groups-Whadjafind.  I think what you have are some acorn crowns.

I thought I was in the button forum. The don't look exactly like acorn crowns just sort of shaped that way so you can drop buttons in them and sew them down using the button's  holes.

There is no such place as the "button forum".  There is a Group for button collectors, but if you don't know what they are posting it in Group-Whadjafind is a better place.
