Need Info On Plaques

we have had these Plaques handed down to us by my mother-in-law which she got from her Aunt from New Jersey. we belive that they are from Germeny and are from the late 1800's.

on the back it read's Mettlach  with some more letters.   I can ge a better pic of the back if needed.                                                          

any info would be great. thank-you.

They average around $200 in today's market.
