Lamp Base Name

Anyone familiar with this name found on the base of an Art Nouveau lamp? Could be the lamp manufacturer or possibly the artist of the figure in the lamp base.

I cannot help with the lamp, however, I looked up PIEFRE and got many sites to chose from.

There are 7 letters in the name on the lamp; Piefre only has six. Maybe it's Pieffre. Sometimes the "f" and "s" and "l" look alike. So it could be Piesfre or PiefsreIt could be Pflefer or Plesser or Plesffer.

The last letter could be a "y" but it could also be a "9" or a "q" or an "r"
