Help identifying antique chandelier

I bought a house with this beautiful chandelier in it. The previous owner said that it was his great grandmother's passed down heirloom chandelier. He's 59, I believe. It has 9 electric candelabra bulbs in it.

Can anyone tell me any info on this chandelier? Era? Manufacturer? Value? What kind of crystals I can use to fill in a few that are missing? Can I replace the metal bowtie and arrow connectors without ruining its value?

I have seen one very similar identical larger chandelier that was sold at an estate sale online, but I can't get any info on that one either.
