I found a couple pieces at an Estate Sale this weekend and I was hoping some could help me identify the marker of the piece.  I believe these are lusterware:

You might want to try this website www.gotheborg.com. He specializes in antique Chinese and Japanese porcelain and may be able to help

I look at all of his marks but was not able to find this one.  I find it in a couple of places and everyone is saying the same thing, can anyone identify this mark?

I think it's Seiei & Co.  Mark is exactly the same except for the bird in the center. I believe the center figure indicates the model or factory. They made luster ware. Circa 1930s. Company closed 1962.
