"Paw feet are not appropriate to mission-style, so no it isn't mission style. Early to mid 20th century seems right. Looks too dark to be oak, unless they managed to put a really dark finish on it."

Lenox Fruits of Life Lamp - Made in USA

Graceful table lamp in the lustrous ivory china for which Lenox is famous, accented with brass fittings. With a curvaceous, urn-like silhouette, the lamp is decorated in relief with 12 fruits symbolizing life's most cherished blessings, such as cherries for joy, apples for peace, and pears for wisdom. Fruits of Life is one of Lenox's most popular patterns (retired 2004) and is hotly collected. Made in the US (1996). Marked: "Lenox [in wreath] © Lenox Made in USA". 12.375" T x 4.5" DIA…See More

Unknown Shirt Buttons

I got a set of three shirt buttons from a local auction but I cannot find much about them on the internet. It came in a case about 7cm across (as shown in the pictures). The tie pin is missing from the case. It has a makers mark which I think could be made by John Atkins & Sons. I'm not sure what it is made from so any help will be greatly appreciated. See More

what do you think?

this little figure is 3 7/8" tall,  feels like chalkware, has a little cloth apron and skirt. there is a indented area on the top that has wax in it, whether that is original or not.....i have no idea !  small burned area along the edge, like someone had burned a candle in it.  Could this be a tree or holiday decoration?  feels like plaster of paris, solid and sturdy I would call it.  no mold marking or names that I can find..... ummm.....what do you think?    o the stick that might have been a…See More

Is this a Mission Style Wardrobe? Anyone have any ideas?

I recently obtained this wardrobe. I have been unable to find out the manufacturer of said piece. The two original labels are still on the back of the wardrobe, however, all writing on the labels are so faded they are illegible.I've attached all photos. Additionally there are no markings on the bottom of the piece, on the bottom of the drawers, etc. Nothing. I do believe it is solid oak, the finish is original and from the crackling on the finish I would date it at around 1900 - 1930's perhaps…See More
