Need help identifying vintage porcelain piece from Japan, please!

I've looked online in many places, and can't seem to find this piece anywhere! Does anyone know if this is a Napco, Relpo or Lefton piece, and what it might be worth? The cracked egg, dots on the bunny suit, around the shoes, and the wheel is trimmed in some type of gold. The bottom of the piece simply says "JAPAN" with no other marks. I know this belonged to my great-grandmother, but have no other information.Thank you!AngieSee More
