Well, I could be way off here, bot it kinda reminded my of my Zsolnay and I have tried to show why in these pictures. On the frog it was the shape of the eyes which are similar. The other one was comparing the coloring. ???

I can't be certain, but your pattern is, I believe, EAPG (Early American Pattern Glass), not cut glass. It is made to this day. The maker is Wexford. Here is a link to eBay. Check it out yourself. http://pottery-glass.shop.ebay.com/items/Wexford_?...

Hi Kath, pretty vases. Hold one of them up to a bright light or the sun. If the different colors disappear it isn't carnival glass. If the colors remain true, it is. In my humble opinion any glass that is chipped has no value.
